  The Kashmir University Law Society Journal is an open access  journal, available in both print and online formats. This journal established by the Law Society, School of Law, University of Kashmir is intended to hone the scholastic talent of budding law students especially in the domain of socio-legal research. The Law Society Journal seeks to serve as a platform for students to pour out their thoughts and ideas unhesitatingly with reference to any topic related to Law. Moreover, the Journal offers a unique opportunity for young legal scholars to share their research outcomes. The Law Society Journal would entertain articles and research papers that meet scholarly standards, on all areas of law. We anticipate that the journal will be well-placed to build on the School’s national role in facilitating legal research.
